This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your understanding of our vinyasa practice. The focus will be on the proper alignment of the asanas, alternative options to either modify or step into the next level of asana. We will also lead you through the fundamentals of bandhas and breath. There is truly something for everyone in this enlightening and informative workshop..

THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE! During this 3 hour intensive, we will encourage you to step up to your EDGE, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Unleash your potential! You are guaranteed to leave with a new reverence for your OWN INNER STRENGTH!!
We will begin with a CHALLENGING vinyasa practice. We will explore variations in ASANA to add some fire. You will be introduced to simple MEDITATION and PRANAYAMA techniques to foster mindfulness.


40 DAYS TO PERSONAL REVOLUTION PROGRAM

40 Days to Personal Revolution is a breakthrough program to radically change your body and awaken the sacred within your soul. A daily combination of asana practice, meditation, diet, and personal reflection will cultivate a solid foundation from which you can live and grow.

This program, designed by Baron Baptiste, is run for just under 6-weeks. Certified Baptiste Instructor, Mary Howard will guide you on the journey each week with Community Meetings where the group meets to learn and share together. Regardless of your level of experience, this program will reveal mental clarity, lightness of body, and an illumination of spirit.

THE REVOLUTION BEGINS MARCH 8TH
Program runs from March 8th until April 16th
Weekly meetings will be held on Mondays at 7:15PM

Cost: $200 (early registration) $225 (after March 5th)
Tuition includes 6 weeks of unlimited yoga and the weekly Monday meetings.

40 Days Books are available at the studio now.

  • Daily Yoga Practice: Six days of yoga per week (1 day of rest). We encourage you to do 5 of these practices at the studio, but you may supplement 1 home practice per week.
  • Daily Meditation Practice: You will begin to build a daily meditation practice over the 40 days beginning with just 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night, gradually increasing over the 6 weeks.
  • Observance of Dietary Intake: Each week we look at a specific area of food, and bring attention to our habits and attachments around that food. During the fourth week we will take a three day cleanse to give your body a rest.
  • Personal Journaling  Weekly Community Meetings
