How to Get Started

Most get started simply by jumping into one of our all levels classes. All classes are drop-in, there are no sessions or membership requirements, so you come whenever you want. No one is too old, inflexible or out of shape to do Power Vinyasa Yoga. Beginners age 13 and up are welcome and the class format is uniquely designed to accommodate individuals of all levels of fitness and flexibility. You are always encouraged to pace yourself, rest as much as you need and have fun!

What to Bring to Your 1st Class

Drink plenty of water before you come, bring water, mat and a towel. If needed we have rental mats and towels, and also water for sale.

How Often to Practice

We encourage those just starting to complete 10 classes in 4 weeks. During that time you will build a strong foundation through small incremental increases in strength, flexibility, and focus.

Consistency is the key to success! Practice both at home and
in class. For life-changing results practice 4-6 days per week. A practice of 2-3 days per week will create good results over time.

Improving Your Understanding of the Practice

Private instruction, basic and advanced workshops are available for
those interested in refining their poses and gaining a broader understanding of the overall practice. Video tapes, DVDs and books
are also available at the studio to those wishing to learn more, or as an aid for a home practice.
