Meghan McDonald
Meghan began practicing yoga in college at the Baptiste Back Bay Studio as a way to gain increased flexibility, strength and inner peace. Years of small, subtle shifts in her life resulted as she continued to play with her practice, which ultimately led her to teach in 2010. She received her 200-hour RYT under Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Master Teacher Bill Raup at Power Yoga Works in Philadelphia. Committed to continuing her education, Meghan has completed Level I Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste and the Karma Kids Yoga Teen Teacher Training with Erin Wilson and Shari Vilchez-Blatt. In addition, she has trained with other master yogis including Rolf Gates and Sadie Nardini, among others.
Recently relocated from New York, Meghan is excited to be a part of the NHPY community and invites you to join her in discovering a balance between challenging your mind and body, playing with your edge and finding space and serenity on your mat—one breath at a time!
