At NH Power Yoga, we teach Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. This heat-based, flowing style of yoga is both challenging and uplifting. Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga is a combination of deep breathing and specifically sequenced sets of flowing yoga postures. It has the ability to build strength, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body. This provides a healing
environment, which detoxifies the body, leaving the practitioner with a feeling of health and vitality. Vinyasa offers a way to face life with a renewed personal strength. Emotionally and spiritually,

You will practice in a hot room and you will sweat! In 75 minutes, you will transform your day!
We encourage those just starting to complete 10 classes in 4 weeks. During that time you will build a strong foundation through small incremental increases in strength, flexibility, and focus.
Consistency is the key to success! Practice both at home and in class. For life-changing results practice 4-6 days per week. A practice of 2-3 days per week will create good results over time.
Remember practicing a little yoga a lot, is always better than practicing a lot of yoga a little!
