Please join Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher, Mary and Bob Howard, founders of New Hampshire Power Yoga, for a week-long transformational experience in the beautiful Mayan Riviera!
Our day begins with a morning meditation beach walk or a guided meditation and pranayama practice. Challenge yourself with twice daily yoga sessions. The first, a dynamic Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga practice, will be an opportunity to explore your edge and awaken your spirit. The afternoon session, from 5-7 PM, will focus on breaking down the foundations of the asana, fostering ease in backbends, inversions, arm balances, and hip openers. Each afternoon you will have plenty of free time to relax on the white sands of the Caribbean, swim, snorkel, have a massage, explore the ruins, or the plenitude of natural local attractions. We will enjoy healthy, fresh, life giving gourmet vegetarian cuisine, with local fresh fish offered on two evenings. Optional evening activities include spa services, or just relaxing with your new friends.
All daily sessions are optional, you may pick and choose from the offerings depending on how you feel! Choose a little or a lot, remember this is all about YOU!

You will sleep inside one of Maya Tulum’s simple, yet chic, thatched-roofed cabanas that look as if they could have sprung naturally from the earth. Each cabana comes with a sitting area for relaxing, tiled bathroom with an open shower area, and a generous supply of fresh bottled water.
